人心是最大的政治，共识是奋进 的动力。“2019 年 10 月，有一个自 管楼院一直没有与社区对接，我决定 主动上门。当我进入楼院时，一位手 拿大扫帚的大姨远远喝止，不容解释 就将我们扫地出门。经多方打听，知 道这位大姨义务管理楼院近 20 年，使 这个楼院成为‘外人不能入内’的 封闭楼院。”明水街道铁道北路社区 党总支书记、居委会主任王宁，用“真 情闯关”“热心铺路”，通过拉家常、多 交流，让这位大姨当楼长，在解决居 民身边的“烦心事、难心事、揪心事” 中发挥了作用，社区逐步形成了“楼 长带头，服务到家”的良好局面。
