“近年以来，为解决县城交通不 畅、路网不全、雨污混排、路况差、 环境乱、停车难等城市短板、缺项问 题，县住建局投资 12 亿元，着力推进 了城区基础设施提升建设。”平阴县 住房和城乡建设局副局长刘忠介绍，通 过改造提升，捋顺了人非、机非车道
关系，实施了雨污分流，提升了道路 沿线绿化档次，弥补了历史欠账，道 路功能进一步完善。
与此同时，平阴县以全国文明城 市创建为契机，深入推进十大提升行 动，坚持区域统筹、组团开发，高品 质打造滨湖新区、云翠新区，加快棚 户区和老旧小区改造，推动城市破旧 立新、升级提质。新建改建五岭路、 黄河路等 15 条主次干道，同步实施 雨污分流改造 25 公里。启动实施 4 个 老旧小区改造，完成 2469 户房屋征 收，4000 余套安置房交付使用。深化“行 走城管 + 路长制”管理模式，扎实开 展市容市貌、交通秩序等专项整治，强 化红色物业建设，营造舒适便捷的生 活环境。制定全国文明城市创建三年 行动计划，明确创城百件实事，建立 完善“爱国卫生运动”长效机制，加 快推进诚信和志愿服务体系建设，文 明氛围更加浓厚。(本文图片由中共 平阴县委宣传部提供)
