“十四五”时期，历下区将继续 加快基础教育设施建设，在全国范围 内重金引进高水平校长和师资力量，加 大教师队伍教育培训力度，全面提升 教育教学质量，打造全省教育发展高 地，推动历下学前教育和基础教育向
