Looking back at 2018, Changqing district has made an enormous leap forward in development. Ninety key projects in Changqing started
construction. The fiscal revenue reached CNY 2.35 billion, hitting a new record high. The growth rate of fixed assets investment jumped
by as much as 19.6%, ranking first among the districts in Jinan. From January to September last year, the district’s average per capita
disposable income had the largest increase among its counterparts. Air quality and water won first place in succession among other regions in the
city. With all these achievements in several sectors, Changqing has witnessed great progress in the past year.
2018 was a crucial year for Changqing district to achieve remarkable success in building a fascinating new town with a modern atmosphere
and engaging natural landscape in two years. Totaling CNY 102.335 billion, there was huge investment planned for 90 district-level projects in
Changqing. The district boasted the best quality of projects with the largest scale of investment in 2018.
