Focusing on the real economy, Zhangqiu district endeavors to foster burgeoning industries.
Anew district that has devoted arduous and unremitting efforts for industrial development is rising vigorously in the east of Jinan, the
provincial capital of Shandong.
On February 11, the enterprising district convened a discussion meeting on accelerating projects construction in the first working day
after the Spring Festival holidays. The meeting aimed to mobilize all departments at different levels in the district to gather consensus, articulate the
mission and boost an upsurge of projects construction.
Ten days later, the "Year of Project Construction" activities were launched in an all-round wayin Zhangqiu district. The tables concerning task
assignment of four major upgrading projects, and key projects including rural revitalization, the people's livelihood undertakings and etc. were
published. Seizing opportunities, acting quickly and boldly to vigorously implement and promote the construction of projects has become the main
theme of work throughout the year for Zhangqiu district.
On March 6, the district convoked the real economy development conference, in which it summarized the performance of the real economy in 2018,
praised the advanced units and gave out awards. At the conference, Zhangqiu issued 20 suggestions to support the development of the real economy, and
opened a district chief hotline that operates 24 hours each day, fostering greater momentum for quickening development of the district.
Zhangqiu district will usher in an earth-shaking change, along with the holding of relevant conferences, the start and completion of key
projects, and a continuous optimization and upgrading of business environment.
