Recently, Jinan Municipal
Government put forward the
“Decision on the Delegation
of Some Municipal Administrative
Powers to Be Implemented by Zhangqiu
District”, which included the delegation
and entrusted implementation of 299
administrative powers. It is conducive to
streamlining administration, delegating
powers, and improving regulation
and services, which helps create
favorable opportunities to cultivate
firs-grade business environment.
“It’s a major move for Zhangqiu to
solve the system and mechanism
problems that restrict development
through the reform of administrative
examination and approval. It’s of great
significance to further optimize the
business environment and unleash the
vitality of development, boosting urban
economy of Zhangqiu District,” Han
Wei, mayor of Zhangqiu District, said
when he presided over the working
meeting of the delegation of municipal
administrative powers.
At present, Zhangqiu District has
set up a comprehensive examination
and approval service mode that receives
acceptance at one window, conducts
examination and approval according
to classification, and gives a one-off
issuance of certificate. The newly-built
government affairs service centre that
covers nearly 89,000 square meters will
be put into use within the year. The center
will combine administrative services in
terms of real estate, civil affairs, social
security, health care and other matters,
in which enterprises and the people will
enjoy a one-stop way of going through
the administrative process.
