Jinan city is home to springs, where boasts 72 famous springs and numerous small
streams unknown to us. There are liquid streams gurgling beneath the blue stone
in the courtyards, producing countless touching stories between the residents and
spring water for thousands of years. And spring water culture with lightness and agility
has been created.

“Spring Study”, situated in Baihuazhou that has gained fame and popularity because
of its poetic charm, was open to the public on June 8 for publicizing the tales of the tinkling
springs and motivating people to interact with spring culture. It demonstrates the cultural
context of the city of springs, and arouses the interest of reading through the combination of
“mountain, spring, lake, river and the city” with elements of Chinese characters. The Study is
brimming with spectacular natural beauty of springs and mountains.
