参加旧金山歌剧院青年艺术家培 养计划的那 3 个月，李鳌说每一天都 在惊慌失措、满头大汗中度过。第一 次钢琴课，李鳌选择了一首信心满怀 的“拿手歌曲”，却没曾想第一句便 来来回回唱了一百多遍，12 页的歌 谱，当天他连第一页都没有唱过去。
歌剧排练时，语言不通的李鳌根 本听不懂导演说的话，却碍于面子不好 意思去问。到排练时，该走位的地方 没走，该唱的地方没唱，全场气氛瞬 间尴尬，李鳌也恨不得找地缝钻进去。 “中国人都好面子，尤其是那时候感 觉自己是带着民族尊严和民族自尊心 来的，生怕被小觑，也不好意思问。”
为了改变现状，李鳌进行了严格 的“自我训练”，每天睡觉的时间只 有 3-4 个小时，剩下的时间全用在补 英语、学习上。“既然慢了那就只能 努力努力再努力，别人做 1 个小时准 备，我就做 10 个小时，我会把老师能 用得到专业名词全部写下来，遇到意
到今天，李鳌可以使用英语、意大利 语正常交流。他说，你吃过的苦不会 白吃，受过的惊吓、流过的汗最后会 转化为人生的宝贵财富和你在社会中 可立足的筹码。
当然，除了天分和勤奋之外，李 鳌还非常看重人文情怀的培养和对生 活的体验，“在歌剧舞台上的每一个 角色，都是一段不一样的人生，因此 要热爱生活，投入生活，体验生活，从 生活中汲取营养，这样灵感才会源 源不断地赋予你新生命。艺术源于生 活，艺术也能让生命升华。”(本文 图片由被访者提供)
