今年 1 月，章丘被确定为“纪录小康工程”全省试点区。打造具有地方特色的展馆，是实施“纪录小康工程” 的创新形式。
7 月 25 日，章丘区纪录小康展馆建成开放，用近 1000 幅图片、近百件实物、15 块屏幕、4 个场景还原、 1 个大型机械装置时光罗盘 诉说着章丘的不懈奋斗史、为民造福史、自身发展史、全面小康史。
