Civilized actions at the crossroads constitute the charm of the city. The civilized traffic order and the harmony between
vehicles and passengers become a mainstream. Passengers are waiting in the bus station in an orderly way; volunteers
dressed in red are actively participating in good deeds. Civilization has become the most beautiful background of the
city of springs.
While it is difficult to build a National Civilized City, it is much harder to retain the honorable title. Since Jinan has been
awarded the title of “National Civilized City”, residents of the city have made a concerted effort to retain the title, who shifted
mode of thinking from “acting civilization as requested” to “displaying initiative in showing civilization”.
