Haisheng Group’s modern agricultural park flourishes in Xiaozhi, Pingyin county.
Following Yili Group’s additional investment of CNY 3 billion for setting up a whole industry chain in Pingyin, the county
government and East Hope Group signed the contracts for establishing the pig breeding and deep processing industry chain
and the new building materials demonstration park on January 9.
East Hope Group will invest CNY 4.03 billion to build a breeding industry chain that can produce 1 million pigs annually, which
consists of closed-loop industrial chains in terms of feed processing, pig breeding, fattening, slaughtering, deep processing and cold
chain logistics. It will yield an annual output value of CNY 8.32 billion, promoting the integration of the three major industries,
quickening the pace of replacing old growth drivers with new ones of the agricultural industry, so as to support the implementation of
rural revitalization strategy.
In the future, a closed-loop industry chain covering all links from fodder planting and processing, pig breeding, slaughtering, food
deep processing, cold chain logistics, and products launching will be established in Pingyin county. As the entire production process is
reliable and traceable, it will offer customers with higher quality pork products.
