奋斗新时
十年树木，百年树人。从 1949 年到 2019 年，“礼仪之邦”齐鲁大地的教育发展经历了风雨 70 年。从这所
厂办中学的办学历程，我们看到了济南教育事业发展的缩影。
70 年间，一代代济南教育人坚守初心，让数以万计的人摆脱了“文盲”的身份，改变了人生轨迹；让无数
孩子实现了从“有书读”到“读好书”，从“上学难”到“上好学”的品质教育；教学设施也从“一个黑板、一
根粉笔、一本教科书”升级换代为“多媒体智慧课堂”……特别是近几年，在中共济南市委、市政府的领导下，
全市各项教育工作以问题为导向，紧紧围绕保公平、促均衡、提质量，深改革、调资源、强服务，努力做有温度
的济南教育。2017 年，中国社科院权威发布《公共服务蓝皮书》，在基础教育满意度调查中，济南在全国 38 个
主要城市中位列第 4。
如今，一座座现代化、师资力量雄厚的学校在泉城大地拔地而起，孩子们坐在现代化的教室里安静学习，在舒
适的塑胶跑道上健康奔跑，在实验室里大胆开拓、执着求索，线上线下与国际名师交流学习……我们不禁感叹：生
活在新时代，于教师、于学生，都是幸福的 。
Shandong Province has been renowned for placing a heavy emphasis on education. Generations of educators of Jinan
have remained committed to their original mission over the past 70 years, promoting the coordinated development of
educational undertakings of various types and various levels. Especially in recent years, huge changes have taken place
in the education sector under the leadership of the CPC Jinan Municipal Committee and People’s Government of Jinan. Taking
on a problem solving approach, education in Jinan focuses on promoting fairness, boosting balanced development, improving
quality, deepening reform, allocating resources and strengthening services. In Blue Book of Public Service issued by Chinese
Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) in 2017, Jinan ranked fourth among 38 major cities in China in terms of survey on the
satisfaction of basic education.
