近年来，历下区文化馆着力狠抓群众文化创作，在美术、
摄影、舞蹈、音乐等领域创作出一批反映历下区风土人情、
群众幸福生活及时代主旋律的优秀文艺作品，收获了多项大
奖。如，作曲家徐鹏创作的《一带一路颂》《我爱历下我的家》
等歌曲，唱出了历下人对美好幸福生活的热爱；谢景勇用手
中的笔创作出《济南 72 名泉》，勾画了一幅“家家泉水 , 户
户垂杨”的美丽景象；张泉刚用镜头记录着历下的山川草木、
经济发展；还有曲艺快板《扫黑除恶扬正气》等精彩节目，
营造了良好的宣传氛围，倡导热爱生活、向上向善的生活态度，
用艺术浸润居民心灵、用文化点亮城市梦想。
不仅如此，文化馆还重视社区文艺团队和文艺精品创作，
配合上级部门做好一年一度的群众文艺作品选送工作。今年，
在“我的泉城我的歌”比赛中，文化馆选送的选手于晓冉演
唱的《经纬之间》获得优秀奖；在济南市蓓蕾艺术站校园课
本剧展演评选活动中，文化馆选送的《蜘蛛开店》《小英雄雨来》
节目分获二、三等奖……
