The CBD boasts a dazzling display of lights at night.
The launch of a “100-day campaign” of Jinan CBD and the groundbreaking ceremony of CITIC Pacific’s super
highrise project were held at the end of 2018. It marked that the five super highrise buildings invested by the
world’s top 500 enterprises Greenland, China Resources, Pin An, CITIC and Fosun have started construction as
a symbol of “mountain, spring, lake, river and city” of Jinan.
At the beginning of the new year, Jinan CBD has created a new atmosphere and has been developing with an amazingly
high speed.
As CBD’s construction is speeding up, Lixia district has always regarded the CBD as the "main battlefield"
for attracting investment and has continuously promoted the second-time attraction of investment. Investment
Promotion Bureau of Lixia District has made a thorough study of the situation of 18 projects under construction in
CBD to provide a reference in decision-making of the second-time attraction of investment, while strengthening
communication with developers of the five super highrises, Jinan Infrastructure Investment Group, Lixia Holding
and so forth.
