层。项目预计 2018 年下半年投入使用后成为历下区又一座新的亿元楼，
与周边项目一起构成中央商务区附近重要的总部经济板块。
·汇金大厦
位于经十路以南、转山西路与洪山路之间，总投资 11 亿元，总建
筑 面 积 12 万 平 方 米， 高 125 米， 其 中 地 上 28 层、 地 下 3 层， 预 计
2018 年 7 月投入使用。目前，山东元邦投资集团有限公司和格力集团
山东总部签约入驻东侧塔楼，西侧塔楼正在与一家国内大型金融机构洽
谈，已达成入驻意向。
·济南科技金融大厦
位于经十路黄金时代广场 G、H 座裙楼，建筑面积约 2 万平方米，
是集政策扶持、成果转化、投资融资于一体的综合性服务平台。目前，
已经引进微软金融科技企业孵化平台、甲骨文济南新旧动能转换创新与
交付中心等机构七大类、35 家，多元化、全要素的科技金融生态体系初
步形成。
·绿地国际金融中心
位于济南中央商务区核心区，计划投资 240 亿元，总建筑面积 167
万平方米，以金融商务产业为主导，汇集了精品商业、文化休闲、国际
社区等多种业态。先期项目包括一栋 420 米超高层写字楼和部分住宅地
块，已开工建设。

Covering an area of 3.2 square kilometers, Mingfucheng (the prefectural
city of Ming) is saturated with strong historical sense, recounting the story of the
thousand-year-old city with springs, willows, buildings, streets and lanes. CBD, where has
accommodated high-rise buildings in its territory of 3.2 square kilometers, is embracing
