Science and technology has changed the world. Since the founding of the People's Republic of China 70 years ago, science
and technology enterprises in Jinan have gone through an arduous path of development of starting from scratch to offering
cutting-edge technologies. Due to their contribution, Jinan city has undergone a dramatic transformation from an ancient city
with a long history to a stylish modern city of science and technology. Nowadays, high and new tech enterprises have mushroomed
in numbers and strength in Jinan, specializing in advanced modern communication, first-class network and digital technologies,
and frontier areas of ecological science, new energy, quantum technology. Theses enterprises are a driving force that keeps Jinan
competitive, creative, and innovative. Especially with the development of communication technologies, there’s been a tremendous
transformation in the way of communication for generations for bringing the world closer together. From that point of view, progress
in communication technologies is of epoch-making significance. In a time of rapid advance, the city keeps pace with the times and
puts forward higher requirements and expectations for science and information technology. New growth drivers are generated in the
new era. The integration and exchange in an all-round way inspires vitality and vigor for science and technology, and make urban
development take a giant leap forward.
