路网“四通八达”
交通的便捷程度 , 直接影响着中央商务区的建设和日后的
发展 , 因此道路的建设也是中央商务区建设过程中的先手棋。
目前 , 济南中央商务区“三横三纵”一期市政道路、地下环路、
综合管廊基本建设完毕；二期市政道路、轨道交通线路及站点
正在建设过程中；周边道路的改造拓宽也陆续完成，中央商务
区越来越“四通八达”。
其中，新建的“三纵三横”市政道路 , 加上和平路东延、
解放东路拓宽等多条道路具备通车条件后 , 还有即将开通的
轨道交通线，不仅可以缓解周边交通压力，还可以为中央商
务区建设提速提供保障 , 为中央商务区项目落地提供更好的
外部环境。
“住在万科城，原来得绕路，茂岭三号路通了后现在出行
方便多了。”在人寿大厦上班的王先生每天开车从茂岭三号路
经过，“道路建得挺快，现在绿化也越来越好了。”
同时，轨道交通 3 号线也即将开通试运行。区域内规划地
铁“四线七站”，打造四通八达、便捷高效的换乘车站。3 号
线是城区东部贯通南北向的一条市域快线，是中央商务区地铁
“四线七站”的重要一支线。目前，13 座车站全部封顶，实
现全线洞通，预计将在今年国庆节通车。届时，市民又多了一
个便捷的出行方式。

No. 3 Maoling Road, No. 2 Maoling Road and so on are open to
traffic, indicating that the construction of the road network has taken
