inan Medical Center (JMC) was officially established with the approval of Shandong Provincial People's
Government in July 2017. JMC is a major health industry project led by the government of Shandong Province and
Jimplemented by Jinan City, a significant project for implementing the “spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress”
and the blueprint of "Healthy China 2030" and for promoting the transition from old to new growth drivers, as well as the
key carrier for developing Jinan into an internationally famous city of medical health care.
Located in the west of the urban area of Jinan and adjacent to Jinan West Railway Station, JMC has a overall
planning area of approximately 45 km , including a core area of 10 km and an estimated total investment of over 200

billion CNY. With an aim to provide services that cover the whole life cycle of people, JMC follows the principles
of model experimentation, mechanism innovation, government guidance and enterprise operation, the development
concept of “City-Industry Integration” and the directions of internationalization, high end and specialization. In around
ten years, JMC will build an international smart health town with a complete system, high-end development, prominent
characteristics and green ecology. JMC will take precision medicine as its direction, “medicine and medical devices”
