W ith a history of thousands of years, Pingyin County is the place of origin of E Jiao, the capital of rose in China, and a county renowned

for springs.
In recent years, under the firm leadership of the CPC Jinan Municipal Committee and the Municipal Government, Pingyin
County has adhered to the “developing with ecology, prospering with industries” strategic planning to take concrete actions to promote reform,
development and stability, which has seen significant improvement in terms of total economic output, comprehensive strength, industrial structure
and people’s income. The county has won the honorary titles of county with balanced development of compulsory education in China, national
