ntegrating “medicine, education, research, manufacturing, elderly care & rehabilitation and service”, Jinan Medical Center (JMC) takes high-
end medical services as its strategic direction to promote interactive development and city-industry integration. Bringing in and fostering
Ifamous hospitals, disciplines and doctors is the key to developing the high-end medical service industry.
Where exactly would the resources of hospitals and doctors that provide high-level medical services come from?
Due to an insufficiency of reference, JMC should push forward reform and innovation of high-end medical services in wholly new ways. For
this reason, JMC has made a bold attempt to put in place a series of policies to support development and allow the doctors to practice medicine in
parallel, in order to achieve value maximization of doctors, so that the medical group can move forward in a productive, healthy way. Developing at
a fast pace, JMC is dedicated to exploring a new model of running nongovernmental hospitals through fulfilling the potential of the medical group.
