inan Medical Center (JMC), as the main carrier for developing Jinan into an internationally famous city of medical health care, is dedicated to
building an international, high-end and specialized medical highland by the standards of Texas Medical Center (TMC). It’s a strategic option
Jin response to the general trend for urban development.
JMC gets started on concrete actions that are consistent with the goal. With too few successful cases for reference, JMC has started
construction of 28 projects with a total investment of 60 billion CNY and singed with 53 doctor groups for cooperation. It has initiated the
breathtaking “Jinan speed” and “Jinan efficiency” for land requisition, project construction and attraction of talent and investment, with solid
success in gathering projects, intelligence, technologies and wealth.
Based on the appropriate timing, geographical location, and talent resource, JMC has been bold and active in fostering conducive conditions
for development. It has strengthened efficiency, set the direction of industrial development, innovated medical service model, cultivated doctor
group, put a collaborative effort on construction, sharing and utilization, promoted industry-city integration, and coordinated the industry and the
livelihood of the people. Jinan Medical Center (JMC), which employed a series of innovative measures to solve difficult problems of medical
development, introduced several technologies that break the monopoly and launched the construction of leading national projects, has kept growing
on a remarkably steady growth path.
